Sensing beyond occupancy

A comprehensive sensor network spans occupancy, door and motion detection, thermostat-integrated motion, water detection, HVAC pipe monitoring, lighting, humidity, and more. Together, these inputs enable configurable analytics at any depth—ranging from basic occupancy tracking to full building intelligence and system-level insight.

  • Door and motion sensing across each space, including thermostat-integrated and external motion sensors. Additional external motion sensors can be deployed per room without added system complexity, enabling flexible and granular occupancy detection.

  • Monitoring of supply and return water temperatures, drip tray sensors, window-open detection for automatic heating/cooling cut-off, and target-versus-actual delta tracking. These inputs are combined with software-based analytics to assess and optimize system efficiency.

  • Multi-variable environmental control using temperature, sunlight level adjustment, and humidity sensing. AuVerte’s rf-mesh DCC also incorporates HVAC load-sharing behavior during high demand to balance performance and occupant experience.
